Dear Pebble Beach Homeowner,

The PBHOA, which came into existence 8 years ago, has had some significant successes in improving our Pebble Beach Community. Primarily the organization began out of need to address the lagoon and waterway problems. As you are aware the Crystal Point Peninsula and main lagoon has been improved, most importantly with the Associations input and cooperation with the Township of Ocean and Barnegat. Indeed this has been a very major undertaking but we have had some input into additional issues as well.

Our goal is to encourage all Pebble Beach Homeowners in both Waretown and Barnegat to become members of the PBHOA. The obvious point is that there is greater strength in numbers and in unity. The financial cost is minimal and the long-term benefits can be huge. We have an agenda that includes not only improving the waterways but to improve the community as a whole and thereby adding further value to your home.

The need to increase our membership is imperative to make this a successful and complete community association. We encourage all to join the effort to achieve our common goal. It is very important to note that the purpose of the PBHOA is to improve our communities in any and all ways possible. Those of us on the Board realized that we must continue to use our member’s talents. We have formed many new committees to help us accomplish these goals. If any of you have the willingness, time, and desire to be more actively involved in any committee after you have joined the PBHOA, you may contact us anytime. We are looking for expansion and greater involvement of ALL HOMEOWNERS!
